REFUNDS , REPLACEMENTS & RETURNS POLICY
Product once sold cannot be returned OR exchanged. There are no refunds available either.
However, you understand that the return option is only available in the following scenarios:
• Product/(s) have been damaged in transit; or
• Product/(s) that arrive in damaged packaging; or
• A wrong product has been delivered.
We shall not be obligated to accept returns for any product that is not wrong or damaged.
We follow three simple steps incase of any above scenarios:-
Step 1 – Inform – Create a video of unboxing your package or share images of the damaged product to email : swarnamaya24@gmail.com which is within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Our team will verify the damages and confirm the exchange of the product within 48 hours.
Step 2 – Return – Upon confirmation, the product needs to be courier back to us in its original packaging including price tags, labels, tampered packaging, free gifts if any and other accessories. The damaged product should be shipped back to us within 3 days in case of Mumbai and Maharashtra and within 5 days in case of cities outside Maharashtra from the date of approval of your return request. We will reimburse the shipping charge upto INR 100. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products have shipped. Please note: Products sent back without a consent from our Team will not be considered for exchange.
Step 3 – Exchange - Once the damaged product is received, we will send the exchange product within 7 days. If the same product is not available for shipment, we will issue you a "Credit Coupon" within 7 days and you can redeem it against any of our products. “Credit coupon” will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance. Please note No refund will be provided in any exchange or damage cases.
Products not eligible for returns
The following products are not eligible for return in any circumstances:
- Products damaged/degraded as a result of use, overuse;
- Products that have missing items, damaged original packaging including price tags, labels, tampered packaging, free gifts and other accessories;
- Products with altered serial numbers, and
- Products which is not informed for returns within 24 hours and not received by us as per the return terms.
