Delivery Procedure & Timelines

The products carefully inspected after our system has processed your order to ensure that they are in good condition. Products are packaged and handed over to our reliable delivery partners after a final round of quality inspection. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time. 
  • The order is processed and dispatched within 1 working days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.
  • Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order.
     
  • Our delivery partners may contact you, should they face any trouble locating your address or should there be any unforseen delay. 
Our delivery partner usually delivers the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID. 

Please note: A 10 Digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as an OTP based delivery is followed by our Logistics Partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead to non-delivery of the package which is totally beyond our control, and this can incur additional charges if the package returns to our warehouse. An additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer to reship the package. 

Shipping Charges 

  • We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders above Rs.2500/- within India.
  • For all orders below Rs. 1000 within India, a shipping fee of Rs. 100 is applicable
  • For all orders within Rs. 1001 - 2500 within India, a shipping fee of Rs. 150 is applicable
  • Cash-handling charge of ₹150 is applicable for all COD orders within India. 

 Shipping Terms and Conditions

  • Sundays and public holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
